Account Quotation form; after Saving may cause an unhandled exception error
In the Account Quotation form, after an Account has been "Saved", if you click "Back" and then answer Yes to not print an unhandled exception error occurs.
To recreate:
1. Open the Account Quotation form.
2. Enter a Client and click Next.
3. Enter some financial details, and calculate if necessary.
4. Click "Save".
5. Click "Back".
6. A Message will display "Quotation has not been printed. Continue without printing Quotation?", click "Yes".
At this point an error message "An unhandled exception has occurred. Index was outside the bounds of the array." will display.
