Page Sets; If Initialise method returns False, CommandButtonClick event is called

If a Page Set fails to initialise, i.e., the Initialise method returns False, the CommandButtonClick event is called passing in an e.CommandButton of isefinPageSetCommandButton.WindowClose.

This is incorrect. An error should be displayed and the Page Set closed without prompting.
