Business Layer; added finAccountArchiveAddExternal objects

To support the conversion of Archived Loans from finPOWER 5 several changes have been made to finPOWER Connect. These changes could be used by other external interfaces to create Archived Accounts.

Note, previously only an existing saved Account could be archived. This change allows an Archive to be created without first creating an Account.

In addition the finAccountArchiveView object has been tweaked to support Archives where there is no original or current Account calculation. Two new properties, HasCurrentCalc and HasOriginalCalc, have been added to determine whether Calculations are available. The Summary Page script uses these properties.
