Account Close wizard; NZ CCCFR Formula 1 may fail with an "Value was either too large or too small for a Decimal" error

The Account Close wizard may fail when using the Loss formula "NZ CCCFR Formula 1".

The wizard reports the following message "Failed to load Account for Close. Cannot calculate Account Close. Could not calculate Loss based upon NZ CCCFR Formula 1." and "Value was either too large or too small for a Decimal.".

This may occur because the original Interest Rate was 0%.
