Page Sets; Grids; Column properties can be updated

When adding columns to a Page Set Grid, most column properties are specified at the time the column is added and cannot be updated afterwards.

Previously, only the Visible property of the column could be updated but now, the following properties can also be updated on-the-fly:

• Caption

Also, the following properties cannot be updated on-the-fly:

• ReadOnly

NOTE: DateTime and Percentage columns are always read-only even though when adding a DateTime column there is a parameter to specify it's read-only status. This is to preserve back compatibility.
