Security Items grid; update default columns shown

The columns that are shown by default have been updated.

The columns now shown are Type (icon), Security Type, Trade-In, Serial Number, Description, Value and Review Date.

The Defunct column no longer show by default; but the text in the row is struck-through to denote this.

Reference, Security Value, Residual Value and Premium columns are now hidden by default. A new column "Full Description" has been added.

In addition the Account Details Report including Security Items has been updated. Defunct items shown as struck-through if the Defunct column is hidden.
