Task Manager; Workflow History Summary; 'Allocated To' entries are displaying incorrectly

In the Task Manager's Workflow History Summary Page Script, if multiple 'Allocated To' entries appear (or if they are not the first item in the grid), these were being displayed incorrectly, i.e., the text of the previous item was being included.

The built in Task Manager Workflows History Script (SummaryPage_TaskManagerWorkflows_WorkflowHistory) has been updated to Version: 1.05 (03/06/2014).
