Disbursement Account Payments; can now complete a Remittance for a Disbursement Account with movement and a Nil balance

A Remittance for a Disbursement Account with movement and a Nil balance can now be made in the Disbursement Account Payments wizard.

Previously a Disbursement Account with a nil balance was not included in the wizard.

The following built-in scripts have been updated:

"SummaryPage_AccountDisbursementPayments_ItemSummary" has been updated to version 1.01 on 29/05/2014.

The following Word VBA Documents have been updated:

"Disbursement_Remittance.dot" has been updated to version 1.04 on 29/05/2014.
