Summary Tables; 'NoWrap' property added to cells to prevent wrapping

The ISSummaryTableCell business layer object now has a 'NoWrap' property to indicate that the Cell should not wrap its content.

NOTE: Use with caution since this could cause tables to be too wide when generating HTML.

The built in Quick Search Results Summary Blocks have been updated to use this property on the record's code cell to prevent the content wrapping when a Paste icon has been added to the left of a record's code (e.g., a Client Id), e.g., from the Client field on the Credit Enquiry wizard.
