External Id; show on Account and Client forms, in Client and Account grid respectively

The External Id field has been added to the following forms:

1. Accounts grid on the Client form.
2. Clients grid on the Account form and New Account wizard.

Note, to add, right click the grid and click Column Chooser, from there check the External Id column.
