DecisionLogic; Add ability to get reports from an existing request code.

The DecisionLogic Bank Account enquiry service now includes the ability to get reports from an existing request code, i.e. one created outside of finPOWER Connect.

Simply enter an existing Request Token on the first page of the Bank Account Enquiry wizard.
