Date parameters passed to a Script from an Application Shortcut may parse date incorrectly

An application shortcut URL containing dates and generated via the ISApplicationShortcut.ToUrlString method formats dates in the US format (M/d/yyyy).

If the Application Shortcut is used to run a Script and the Script has date parameters defined, the date passed from the URL string may be parsed incorrectly, e.g., as an invalid date or with the day and month switched around.
