Bank Transactions; a negative Payment Received transaction will automatically re-open a "Closed (Pending)" Account

A negative Payment Received transaction will now automatically re-open a "Closed (Pending)" Account.

This allows a Reversed Payment to be entered against a Closed Pending Account and be processed without first having to re-open the Account.

Note, this is especially useful when importing a Dishonour file from your Bank.
