Test Web Services form; Checkbox added to display time portion for dates

The Connect page of the Test Web Services form now has a checkbox to 'Allow entry of a Time portion for all dates'.

By default this is unchecked which means that any Web Services exposing a Date parameter which is not designed to accept a time portion (e.g., an Account's Opening date) will not allow entry of a time.

However, checking this new option will allow a time portion to be entered regardless of the date which can be useful for testing Web Service validation, e.g., certain Web Services will fail if passed a date containing a time portion.
