Accept or Decline Account wizard; Declined/ Unwanted Reason only saves first 50 characters of text entered

The Reason for Declined/ Unwanted actions in the Accept or Decline Account wizard only saves the first 50 characters of text entered.

This should allow text of up to 32,000 characters to be entered and saved.
