Declining Account; if errors may not roll back Database Transaction and therefore further errors are shown

If an error occurs whilst declining an Account the Database Transaction may not be rolled back, and therefore further errors occur - normally when the error message is displayed to the User.

For example, when actioning an item on a Workflow, and that action declines the Account, e.g. via script code, when the user does not have permission to do so, the action fails with an error "An unhandled exception has occurred. You cannot access User Interface functionality 'ISUserInterface.ErrorMessageShow' whilst in a Database Transaction.". In this particular case you can correct the problem by checking "Run with Administrator permission?" under the Permissions page of the Workflow Type.
