Account Processes; processing workflows errors if one workflow closes another

In Account Processes, whilst processing workflows, if one workflow closes another, via a script, then an error is generated if the closed workflow is processed after the workflow that closed it.

Account Processes now handles this scenario gracefully by rechecking the workflow's status before processing it.
