Compiling Scripts does not always show unused variables and other warnings

Compiling a Script from the Scripts form via the Build button allows warnings to be viewed, e.g., unused variables.

This was not the case for Scripts on other forms such as report templates.

The following forms have been updated to bring them in line with the Scripts form:

• Decision Cards
• Documents
• Page Sets
• Queue
• Report Templates
• Workflow Type
