Credit Enquiry form; changing from VedaXMLAU to another service may leave Credit Bureau File Id fields visible

In the Credit Enquiry form, changing from VedaXMLAU to another service may leave the Credit Bureau File Id fields visible.

This occurs if an individual Client has been entered when VedaXMLAU is selected, and then the service is changed to ABNLookup.
