Date Controls; Calendar dropdown is not drawn correctly on high DPI monitors

On Date Controls the Calendar dropdown was not drawn correctly on high DPI monitors.

Right hand side buttons were not positioned correctly, Weekday headings were cramped and there was a blank area under the calendar.
