Client Identification Item form; Issued/ Expires control widths incorrect on high DPI monitors

On the Client Identification Item form, if both the Issued and Expiry dates are shown, and the monitor is using high DPI, the width of these controls is incorrect. This results in the Issued date being too wide and the Expires data being too narrow.
