Licence form; entering an invalid "Maximum 'Open' Accounts" value causes an unhandled exception

On the Licence Information form, entering an invalid "Maximum 'Open' Accounts" value causes the following unhandled exception "An unhandled exception has occurred. Value was either too large or too small for an Int32.".

Invalid numbers include negative numbers and very large numbers, e.g. 10,000,000,000.
