Client form; AKA grid may pop up a message "Unable to add a row: Row insertion not supported by this data sour"

On the Client form, Name and Details page, AKA grid, right clicking on the column header row may pop up a message box "Unable to add a row: Row insertion not supported by this data sour". Clicking OK continues without an issue.

To recreate:

1. Open the Client form; Name and Details page.
2. Load an existing Client with no AKAs.
3. Click Edit.
4. Add an AKA, entering information in each cell.
5. Click Save.
6. Right click on the Column Header row, e.g. on the text "Last Name".
