Client and Security Statement dropdowns; searching within dropdown not working

Client and Security Statement dropdowns do not allow searching within the dropdown.

For example, selecting a Client in Credit Enquiry, click on the Client dropdown, click on the Name column heading (to sort by that column) and typing a Name should search for that Name.
