Account Payment Reversal; Account Transaction may end up with time portion in date

Account Transactions do not allow a time portion in the date of the Transaction.

When reversing a Bank Transaction, which allows a time portion on the Bank Transaction header, this is incorrectly used as the date of the reversing Account Transaction(s). This may result in Account Transactions with a Time.
