Account Close; the finAccountClose object no longer allows times to be included with the date closed

The Business Layer object "finAccountClose" allowed the date closed to include a time portion - it shouldn't have.

The CloseDate property now removes any time and stores only the date.

Note, the Account Close wizard did not allow a time to be entered.
