Bank Lodgements; option to make Cash Register mandatory

There is a new Bank Account option to make the Cash Register selection mandatory for a Bank Lodgement. To configure, open the Bank Account and on the Options page check "Require Cash Register on Lodgement".

Note, the Cash Register field on Bank Lodgements is actually a range of Cash Registers

Note, this setting only applies to the finPOWER Connect User Interface and for when the Advanced Banking Add-On is licensed
