Client Identification drilldown form; expiry text changed to be the duration until expires

The label to the right of the expiry date in the Client Identification drilldown form is now the duration until the item expires, e.g. "1 year", or if expired, the text "expired".

Previously this printed the duration between the date issued and the expiry date, and also overprinted the expiry date field.
