Page Sets; DBComboBox Page Object with an invalid Id Field defined causes runtime exception

If a DBComboBox type Page Object has a source of 'Database Query' and has an invalid Id Field defined, i.e., one that does not appear in the database query, a runtime exception would occur when running the Page Set, dropping down the list and selecting a value in the list.
