Test Web Services form; Testing of Custom Web Services enhanced

The following changes have been made relating to the testing of Custom Web Services from the Test Web Services form:

• The 'Script Id' parameter has been renamed to 'Script' and now lists the proper Web Service Name as opposed to just the Script Id.
• The 'Create Request Text' for Custom.ExecutePost is no longer shown.
• This button is also hidden for any other 'POST' type Web Services where the Test Web Services cannot generate a request (only a limited number of services such as WsAdmin.UpdateDatabaseSettings will show this button)
• Upon calling a Custom Web Service that contains invalid characters (i.e., non-alphanumeric characters), a warning will be given to make it clear that this is the reason that the Web Service could not be called.
