Workflows; Now prevent processing of more than 50 items in a single Workflow at once

Processing a Workflow will process any current 'Automatic' items.

If the current, automatic items runs Script code say, to add another automatic item (or item group), this may result in an endless loop where Workflow items are continuously added and committed to the database.

To avoid this, if more than 50 items are processed in a row, processing will halt and one or more trace warnings (depending on how the Script code is interacting with the Workflow) will be written.
