Global Settings; password showing as "*" when has focus

In Global Settings passwords should show as "*", but change to plain text when the password field has the focus.

This was not occurring on the following fields, they were always shown as "*":

Clients, Companies Office NZ, Secret Key
Clients, Credit Sense, Password
Clients, CreditWorks, Password
Clients, DecisionLogic, Password
