Database Purge; Master Clear results in an error whilst clearing the AccountTransaction table

Performing a Master Clear in the Database Purge may result in an error whilst clearing the AccountTransaction table. The error is "An unhandled exception has occurred. You cannot access User Interface functionality 'ISUserInterface.ErrorMessageShow' whilst in a Database Transaction.".

Note, the underlying error was a database timeout.
