Pending Bank Account Enquiry wizard; DecisionLogic requests may fail to load

In the Pending Bank Account Enquiry wizard the second page may fail to load with a "Failed to refresh pending Bank Account Enquiries. Failed to create Bank Account Enquiry Response from Service Log. Failed to create DecisionLogic Bank Account Enquiry Response. Response XML not found." error.

This occurs if a previous status check fails with an error.
