Client Key Details summary page; option added to include "Opening" column to Accounts table

An option has been added to the built-in Client Key Details summary page to include the "Opening" column to the Accounts table. This mirrors this column in the grid on the Accounts page for the Client.

Note, this is activated via a constant in the script.

The following built-in scripts have been updated:

"SummaryPage2_Client_KeyDetails" has been updated to version 2.02 on 12/3/2014.

The following Summary Page standard blocks have been updated:

"Client_Accounts" has been replaced by "Client_Accounts2", with an additional parameter "showOpening".
