User Recent Actions were being written from the Web Interface when they should have been disabled

When using the Web Interface, User Recent Actions (e.g., when performing Workflow tasks) were being recorded. This could lead to trace warnings being raised by the business layer and, potentially corrupted error messages if Scripts or other external code was not handling return values correctly.
