Grids; multi-column dropdowns now support sorting columns

When entering data in a grid often a column will include a multi-column dropdown to select the value, for example, the Element column in Transaction Entry, the Statistic column in the Client Statistics Set drill form. These dropdowns now support sorting of columns by simply clicking on the column heading.
