Decision Logic; order of columns in Transactions table changed

The order of columns in the Transactions table in the HTML Report has been updated.

The Withdrawal and Deposit columns are now reversed, i.e. Withdrawals comes before Deposits.

The following built-in scripts have been updated:

"SummaryPage_BankAccountEnquiryReport_DecisionLogic" has been updated to version 1.01 on 25/02/2014.
