Client Contact Methods; Business Layer function finClientContactMethods.GetCurrentContactMethod tristate parameters not working correctly

The Business Layer function finClientContactMethods.GetCurrentContactMethod was not returning anything if either contactHome, contactMobile or contactWork was set to iseTriState.False.

This has been corrected, so that if iseTriState.False is passed in then the Contact Method's setting must be False.
