Account Overriding Payments; including a time portion in a date range was not handled properly

When entering overriding payments in the New Account, Payment Arrangement and Account Restructure wizards and using a date range, the date range is unexpectedly changed.

This occurs if the date entered includes a time portion. Time portions should not be included in the date range entered. However, finPOWER Connect will now try to ignore any time portion included.

For Example, "?1/01/2014 12:00am-1/02/2017 12:00am" was updated to "?1/01-1/02" - it should be "?1/1/2014-1/2/2017".
