Payment Arrangement wizard; Overriding Payments "Cleanup" button removes manual Payments
In the Payment Arrangement wizard, Overriding Payments tab, the payment "Cleanup" button removes manual Payments - it shouldn't.
Note, this also applies to the Account Restructure wizard.
