SMS; ClickSend (Intelligent Technologies Australia); Displays the incorrect number of characters available to send

The ClickSend (Intelligent Technologies Australia) SMS provider does not allow the user to specify a Display Name when sending a message, however the default Display Name character count is still counted against the number of available characters to send.
