Logs forms; Email page; Target field does not have spaces in text

The 'Target' field on the Email page of a Log (e.g., a Client Log generated as a result of sending an Email type Document) did not contains spaces between words, e.g., 'OpenForEdit' was displayed instead of 'Open For Edit'.
