Close Accounts wizard; minor user interface issue corrected

Minor user interface issues have been corrected in Process, Close Accounts wizard.

1. The Debit, Credit and Refund combo boxes on the Close Options page were not wide enough. When "From Account Type" was selected the last "e" was truncated.

2. When the form was made as small as possible the "Save" button below the grid on the "Write-Offs and Refunds" page was cut-off.
