New Account Wizard; Payment Method dropdown not populating

The Payment Method dropdown in the New Account Wizard, Other Details page, might not populate correctly under the following circumstances.

1. You are licensed for the Entities Add-On, and have multiple Entities.
2. The first Account entered works fine, but without closing the New Account wizard, the second Account does not work.
