Account Close; several enhancements, including scripting

The Account Close business object now supports the following:

1. A new script event "CloseCommitPostInTransaction". This runs during ExecuteCommit, after work has been completed but before the Database Transaction is committed. Use to implement additional functionality that must be part of the overall Commit.

2. Two new "Other" values have been added. These additional values must be created via scripting and allow additional fees or other transactions to be added to the Close process.

The following built-in scripts have been updated:

"SummaryPage_AccountClose_LogSummary" has been updated to version 1.05 on 16/12/2013.
"SummaryPage_AccountClose_CloseSummary" has been updated to version 1.05 on 16/12/2013.

The following Word VBA documents have been updated:

"Accout_SettlementSummary.doc" has been updated to version 1.10 on 16/12/2013.
