New Client and New Account wizards; added ability to enter External Id and Cross Reference
The New Client wizard now allows the External Id and Cross Reference to be entered on the first page of the wizard.
The New Account wizard now allows the External Id to be entered on the first page of the wizard.
Note, these respect User Preference settings to show these fields.
