Excel fixed asset schedule and excel fixed asset schedule -base have a new constant to only print active assets

The Excel fixed asset schedule and excel fixed asset schedule -base templates now include a constant which can be set to only print active assets.

The constant is defined with the VBA code with existing constants. The default setting for this is False therefore reports will export exactly as they have previously.
