New User wizard; For Australian databases the Mailbox page is displayed incorrectly
The New User wizard for Australia displays the Mailbox page incorrectly.
The "Can the User access the PPSR B2G Mailbox?" checkbox is not shown and instead the New Zealand "Can the User access the MotorWeb Mailbox?" is shown.
Note, the Users & Responsibilites form under the Admin menu displays correctly.
