Export Bank Transactions; fails to export with "You are not licensed for Direct Debits" error

The Export Bank Transactions facility fails to work when not licensed for the Advanced Banking Add-On. finPOWER Connect should allow outwards, i.e. Direct Credit, Bank Transactions to be exported.

The error returned is "Failed to create Bank Export batch. You are not licensed for the Direct Debit Add-On.".
